  • The Orientation and West Conference Rooms are intended for professional meetings and/or educational events only. It is not intended for training, testing, or student organizations.
  • The West Conference Room is located on the third floor of the library and contains one long conference table that seats 16. The Conference Room has a projector screen, a telephone jack and internet hook-ups. Because the third floor is the library’s “quiet study” area, only events that will not cause any disturbance to library users will be permitted, and we ask that the door remain closed during your event.
  • Faculty and staff may reserve use of the Conference Room by contacting the Reference Department (x4802). Faculty or staff must be present at all times during the reserved time in the Conference Room.
  • Food and drinks are permitted in the West Conference Room with the expectation that all remnants and trash will be removed by the person making the reservations.
